ICQ是即时通信工具，支持声音方案，ICQ声音方案文件一般以.scm扩展结尾。
存在漏洞远程用户可以通过受影响用户访问空白的.scm文件修改声音设置，用户可以构造类似<IFRAME src="blank.scm"></iframe>的HTML代码，当用户访问时，blank.scm文件被处理，ICQ就更改成没有任何声音。
